How do I track my progress during a challenge?
You can sync your favorite fitness apps like Strava, Garmin, or Apple Health directly to our platform, or manually log your miles through our dedicated mobile app.
When will I receive my finisher medal?
Medals are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after you complete your challenge requirements. You will receive a tracking number via email once it's on the way.
Do I have to complete the distance all at once?
Not at all! You can break up the distance over several days, weeks, or even months depending on your personal goals and the specific challenge timeframe.
Can I participate from anywhere in the world?
Yes, our challenges are global. We offer international shipping for all our physical rewards and medals, though shipping times may vary by location.
What happens if I cannot finish my challenge?
We understand life happens. While we don't offer refunds for registration, most of our challenges have flexible end dates, allowing you to finish at your own pace.
